Batten for Volvo
Tablet and camera mount for the Volvo XC40 / EX40
Batten clips into the factory luggage-net points in the roof lining of the Volvo XC40 / EX40 to carry cameras, facing forward through the windscreen or back over the seats. Tablets for the rear seats need points behind the front seats, which we haven't confirmed on this car yet. No drilling, and nothing clamped to the headrests.

The XC40 / EX40 and its roof points
Volvo uses roof mountings for its safety net across its range, but the XC40 and electric EX40 are on a different platform from the bigger Volvos. We haven't confirmed their points yet.
Does your car have the points?
Look for round covers in the roof lining on each side, just behind the rear seats and just behind the front seats. The mountings appear to be standard; the safety net itself is an accessory.

Typical layout. Yours may look slightly different.
