Batten for Volvo
Tablet and camera mount for the Volvo V60
Batten clips into the factory luggage-net points in the roof lining of the Volvo V60 to carry a tablet or two for the rear seats, a camera, or both. No drilling, and nothing clamped to the headrests.
What it can carry
- FamilyA tablet or two for the rear seats, from the points behind the front seatsYes
- MotorsportAn onboard camera for track days and sprintsYes
- FilmCameras facing forward through the windscreen or back over the seatsYes
The V60 and its roof points
Volvo's own manual describes the V60's safety net hooking into roof mountings on each side, in two positions: behind the rear seats and behind the front seats. So the V60 can carry tablets for the rear seats as well as cameras.
Does your car have the points?
Look for round covers in the roof lining on each side, just behind the rear seats and just behind the front seats. The mountings appear to be standard; the safety net itself is an accessory.

Typical layout. Yours may look slightly different.
