Batten for Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz tablet and camera mount

Mercedes-Benz estates and SUVs have net hangers in the headliner for the factory luggage net. Batten is designed to use the same points, with no drilling and nothing clamped to the headrests.

How to check your Mercedes-Benz

Look for net hangers in the headliner on each side, just behind the rear seats, and on some cars just behind the front seats too. They're there with or without a panoramic roof on most estates.

Where to look: on the roof lining, just behind the front seats and just behind the rear seats, one on each side.
Close-up of the roof lining with a small rounded trim cap, outlined in amber, and an arrow to the notch on its edge.
Some cars hide the point under a small trim cap. On many, including most VW Group cars, there's no cap and the slot is just visible.
The trim cap flipped open, showing a keyhole-shaped slot outlined in amber and a mushroom-headed peg with an arrow sliding along the slot.
The keyhole slot the factory net fits.

Typical layout. Yours may look slightly different.
